ADEA Free Webinar: Connecting Through Interprofessional Partnership to Drive Collaborative Care

Today, 22 health professions require education accreditation standards for interprofessional education (IPE). To assist with this necessity, The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) is inviting the national IPE community to join a series of events that focus on sharing advances in IPE. Beginning with a panel-style ADEA eLearn Webinar, participants will meet representatives from national IPE organizations, learn the benefits of partnership and explore the role of dental professionals on the collaborative care team through examples. The positive nature of interprofessional collaboration will be emphasized throughout the program, which is especially relevant during these challenging times. The webinar will serve as a springboard into future discussions on ADEA Connect, an online platform that connects dental educators with other health professionals to continue the conversation, share best practices and solicit input from the wider community.
